Parma is the most accessible city in Italy: has decided the national jury award of 'City Access ', organized by the European Union.
Parma is at the top, followed by Reggio Emilia Cuneo . The prize 'Access City' will be delivered on 3 December in Brussels, the European Day of People with Disabilities.
