Competitiveness half that in Lombardy

Regional Competitiveness Index (RCI) recently published its first edition by the European Commission.

Factors affecting more about these defaillance of our region are those affecting the effectiveness of basic education (up to secondary school level) in terms of skills acquired by students, the level of education and lifelong learning workforce and, most importantly, the efficiency of the labor market.
