The film is an independent production and was distributed in North America during May 2003. Written and directed by Trent Carlson with Blake Corbet, has won numerous awards including the Best Canadian Film 
and Most Popular Canadian Film .
The story describes the work of documentary filmmaker Lonny Goosen (Dov Tiefenbach) which has just been removed from the machine. Along with a friend and his cameraman, running in the streets to document what people think about common rules of parking.
