The maneuver that Parliament is about to approve is the worst aggression in republican history, people with disabilities and their families. Contains discriminatory provisions of dubious constitutionality.
The maneuver raised to 85 the percentage of disability needed to get the monthly assistance. The enjoyment of the plan are provided two other conditions in addition to health: to be unemployed and registered unemployed and do not exceed the income ceiling Annual € 4408.95. Who is affected, however, by two diseases or impairments, whose sum gives 80 percent, is not entitled to anything.

CHIEDIAMO
1. l’abrogazione del comma 1 dell’articolo 10 del Decreto Legge 78/2010, e dei relativi emendamenti, providing for the raising to 85 the percentage of disability is necessary to obtain the partial allowance for the disabled;
2. cancellation or withdrawal of the amendment that the Government review the medico-legal requirements for granting an attendance allowance.
